Give the full name and aliases, date of birth if known, an approximate booking and release range, and the booking or confinement number. Ask for the booking sheet plus admit time, actual release time, release type or disposition, releasing facility, transfer destination, disclosable holds, bond data, charges, arrest agency, and booking photograph.
